Collection consists of the memoirs of Jessie de Prado Farrington written in 1935. The memoirs discuss Farrington's life and homesteading experiences in the early 1900s in Agua Chicquita Canyon in Otero County, New Mexico. Photographs of Weed, New Mexico, Glen-Eben (Farrington's homestead), and of various people are included. Farrington's memoirs have been published in the New Mexico Historical Review.

John Angus MacDonald Memoirs

The manuscript, handwritten by John Angus MacDonald, describes five decades of his life in Colorado and New Mexico from the 1870s to the 1920s. The William A. Keleher collection contains a variety of materials pertaining to the history of New Mexico. As a historian, Keleher conducted thorough research on the territorial era of the State. As a prominent lawyer and citizen of the State in the 1900's, Keleher's legal work and volunteer efforts helped shape the modern condition of New Mexico.
